Product Features:
Ø Supports Mac, Linux, Android, WinCE, Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11
Ø Support external power supply: 5V or 3.3V
Ø With USB protection device: SP0503
Ø With 3 LEDs: TXD LED, RXD LED, POWER LED
Ø TXD, RXD, RTS, CTS: are led out using bent pin headers
Ø Other functional PINs: reserved solder pads, which can be plugged in from above or below to connect to the user's system (pin headers and pin sockets are provided; the PIN spacing supports insertion into universal boards)
Ø Instructions for use: (taking the access to MCU as an example)
Ø VCCIO: Output 3.3V or 5V (The module is powered by USB, and the jumper cap must be set to 3.3V or 5V)
Ø GND: Connect to GND
Ø TXD: connected to MCU.RX (signal flow: MCU.RX << CP2102 << PC.TX)
Ø RXD: connected to MCU.TX (signal flow: MCU.TX >> CP2102 >> PC.RX)
Ø RTS: connected to MCU.CTS (signal flow: MCU.CTS << CP2102 << PC.RTS)
Ø CTS: connected to MCU.RTS (signal flow: MCU.RTS >> CP2102 >> PC.CTS)
Ø Note: This module converts USB to TTL level. Do not directly connect it to RS232 level to avoid burning out the module.
Ø [Special Note: We provide development examples for VCP (Virtual Serial Port) and the driver library for USBXpress, but do not offer technical support for USBXpress.]
